Clinical trials are failing diversity. Fewer than 5% of U.S. patients participate in trials, and most participants don't reflect the real-world population. This creates a critical gap in healthcare equity and delays life-saving treatments.

Heather
Heather Grey is a healthcare executive with 15+ years of experience leading clinical trial and real-world data businesses. She has built and scaled trial infrastructure and data commercialization strategies, closing multimillion-dollar pharma partnerships and launching innovative trial recruitment models. Heather has a proven track record of accelerating sponsor collaborations, expanding access to diverse patient populations, and delivering high-impact RWD solutions.
Noah
Lt. (res) Noah Dolev, ex-astronaut candidate, holds a Phd (magna cum laude) in computational neuroscience. For over 15 years, he has been leading and contributing to novel AI solutions from digital pathology to transcriptomics. With a deep statistical and scientific understanding, Noah has contributed to AI products as a CSO, Head of R&D, lead statistician, clinical data scientist and algorithm developer. He has been a part of 6 startups, including two unicorns and knows well how to turn AI concepts into products.
