ElixirTrials was founded in 2025 by Heather Grey (CEO, formerly Tempus TIME Trial) and Noah Dolev (PhD, CTO, formerly Wix and Gong). The company operates in the United States.

The core thesis: 88% of U.S. hospitals lack the infrastructure to run clinical trials, 80% of trials miss enrollment targets, and ~$8M is lost per day when a trial is delayed.
